Yes, all Design Studio selections require a deposit paid by check to process your order. The deposit varies based on the community. Deposits will be credited to your escrow account, which will eventually become part of your down payment.

Every buyer's needs are different, and we like to customize appointments per your individual needs. You can expect to have one to two appointments. It is advised to schedule your contract signing and/or loan meeting on a separate day from your design appointment, as these are all important milestones needing proper time.
